Overview:

Discover how computer science and artificial intelligence can solve complex problems in the world. This is a rapidly evolving field for the transformation of our society from self-driving cars, robotics, finance and healthcare.

This conversion course provides graduates with an introduction to computer science and artificial intelligence, with no previous knowledge of the subject needed. You'll develop skills to restart your career, get into technology and succeed within an evolving industry.

Our specialist MSc Artificial Intelligence course is more tailored for those with prior knowledge of computer science. It's also possible to take this course with an additional industrial placement.

AI scholarships available:

The Office for Students (OfS) has launched a new scholarship programme that aims to boost the number and diversity of graduates in Artificial Intelligence. The School of Computing has been awarded 18 of these scholarships of £10,000 each for eligible students starting this course in 2024. See our Scholarships website to find out more.
