The foundation year of this Coventry University degree will be delivered from our CU Coventry campus. Course delivery from year 1 of the degree onwards will be from Coventry University campus.
This course aims to provide you with a solid grounding for a career in the automotive engineering sector.
The foundation year seeks to provide opportunities to develop fundamental knowledge and skills in a range of mathematical and business principles, as well as the theories and concepts of electrical and mechanical engineering. Students who successfully complete their foundation year will then progress onto the Automotive Engineering BEng (Hons) degree within Coventry University’s School of Future Transport Engineering.
The degree aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of automotive engineering and develop knowledge, skills and expertise that can be applied to the engineering sector.
