Follow in the footsteps of Ancient Greek Mathematicians and Philosophers.

Discover the underlying workings and meanings of the universe. In this exciting degree, you'll be taught by world-class talent in fields as diverse as group theory, fluid dynamics, philosophy of mathematics, epistemology, ethics, philosophy of religion, philosophy of mind and many others.

Develop your research, debating and analytical skills, and learn to unpack complicated philosophical thought. You'll hone your ability to formulate and tackle problems, think logically, use technical language and express complex ideas clearly and accurately.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme 32 points

6,6,5 in Higher Level subjects, to include Maths.

Welsh Baccalaureate - Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate (last awarded Summer 2024)

Accepted in place of a non-required A level with the equivalent grade.

Cambridge International Pre-U Certificate - Principal

Accepted in place of A levels with the following grade equivalencies: D2 = A*; D3 = A; M2 = B. Combinations of A levels and Principle subjects are accepted. NB required subjects must be offered (see A level Section)
