Foundation Year: Foundations of Business, Academic and Personal Skills, Sustainable Business Development, Digital Business, Business Project, Employability for Life.
Year 1: Introduction to Human Resources, Digital Business Skills, Understanding Organisations, HR Business Skills, The Future of Business, Data Analysis for Business.
Year 2: Professional Development, Managing and Coordinating Human Resources, Project Management, Employment Law for Business, Live Project in HRM, Business Intelligence and Dashboards
Year 3: Business Ethics and Sustainability, Employee Engagement and Reward, Leadership and Management in HRM, Resourcing and Talent Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Enhancing Professional Practice.
We use different forms of assessment in different modules and wherever possible these will reflect the types of work you will do in the ‘real world’ for example, report writing, presentations and business pitches. Exams will only be used when it is a requirement for professional accreditation. Throughout your studies, the work you produce will help to build your personal portfolio of professional evidence that you will be able to use in job applications and interviews.

A minimum of 64 UCAS Tariff Points from a QAA Approved Level 3 Access to HE Diploma to contain a minimum of 45 credits at Level 3 and 15 at Level 2 to total 60 credits overall for the full award.
