Supports fitness, health, and elite performance with our Sport and Exercise Nutrition degree

Explore relationships between nutrition and physical performance with our inter-disciplinary Sport and Exercise Nutrition degree. You will develop solid foundations in theory and practical skills, covering topics like:

• macronutrients and micronutrients

• social psychology

• physiology

Our Sport and Exercise BSc is designed in line with the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register’s (SENR) guidelines. Therefore, you will build crucial knowledge and skills for future employment.
