      Summary
This session will provide delegates with an up-to-date analysis of UKVI requirements with particular reference to English language testing for Student visas in light of Brexit and Covid-19. We will explore the benefits of universities doing their own in-house testing and how tests can be proctored remotely while remaining compliant and allowing students to meet their offer conditions.

- Understanding recent UKVI changes and the current rules in force as they stand in 2021 including any temporary concessions.
- Learn how universities can conduct their own English language testing in compliance with these rules.
- Advice on best practice in the event of a UKVI audit of your in-house testing.
